What is DanceSport Fitness? DanceSport Fitness is a fusion of modern ballroom and Latin American dance steps with movements that improve respiratory and circulatory efficiency. The main goal of DanceSport Fitness is to improve cardiovascular endurance and fitness levels by combining a series of aerobic movements with modern ballroom, Latin American, and rhythmic dance steps to engage major muscle groups and increase heart rate. No partner is needed, and participants don't need any prior dance experience.
